When receiving your goods, please take clear photos of and videotape the products and packaging (Note 1). If the outer box is materially damaged or opened upon receiving the goods, please do not open the package(Note 2).
If the outer box is complete, but the content is missing, broken down, damaged, or inconsistent, please E-mail us regarding the above conditions and illustrate the reasons within 48 hours (Note 3).

Note 2: Keep all original packaging, including cartons and contents, until the claim resolution process is finished. It may be necessary to make the packaging available to FedEx for inspection.

shine away international co., ltd. warrants our products on a limited basis against defects in material or workmanship only for a period of three months from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer from an shine away authorized reseller (the “Limited Warranty Period”). This one year limited warranty is non-transferrable from the original end purchaser and an original copy of a sales receipt from the original shine away authorized reseller is required for warranty action on behalf of shine away. The limited warranty not does not cover shine away product that has been mishandled or misused in ways other than its intended purpose. The limited warranty does not cover product that has been altered or modified in any way. The limited warranty does not cover product that has been purchased from any source other than an shine away authorized reseller. shine away is not responsible for any products made by anyone other than shine away including counterfeit shine away products, or other portable electronic devices. shine away is not responsible for any replacement or cost of such electronic devices or property that comes into contact with shine away products. If a warranty claim is approved in shine away’s sole discretion, shine away will either replace the defective product, repair it so it is returned to its original specifications, or refund the purchase price within 7 days of shine away authorization as determined by shine away. shine away will cover the cost of any parts, labor or shipping costs associated with replacing or repairing the product and shipping it from shine away to the consumer. If the original product is no longer available or out of stock, shine away reserves the right to replace the defective product with a replacement product of equal or greater value or refund the purchase amount. Replacement products are warranted as above for the remainder of the original applicable product warranty period. This limited warranty expressed above is the only warranty covered by shine away, and shine away disclaims any and all other warranties and/or representations, express or implied.
